The developing countries like India , Sri lanka get benefited because of outsourcing , but in other hand the people in the first world nations will suffer from unemployment. Even though it improve unemployment level of economy of home country, it positively affect on home country’s economy by improving GDP. Then this leads to improve productivity on global economy.

Lot of the employees are in under pressure .because they have fear of losing their job because of Outsourcing.
