They directly purchase goods from farmers without the help of any intermediaries & supply them to customers at subsidised rates.

They provide safety level to their women employees, & are called on day shifts only. They also provide training & certificate to their employees by doing such type of activities it shows self-reliance to develop skills of their employees. The salary & other incentives are also very attracting. They also give chance to their existing employees by allowing them to give interview after 18 months of employment for higher posts as employee is valuable asset to company.

There is huge scope in retail sector in India & with the strategies followed by company; there is large scope of growing. They are mainly focussing on the need of customers by providing all necessary items small or big are provided by them in their stores.

Recommendations:

The work which is done by the employees should be watched by their respective subordinate & must provide appropriate appraisal to motivate them. The employees should also be provided with different incentives & bonus on different occasions. They can also increase the number of their stores in different states so as to capture more Indian market.
